WHAT WE ARE:

Party for the Podium (PFTP), is an event experience created with and supported by over 800 Athletes and 17 sports agencies in the UK and US, at its heart is an interactive medal ceremony enhancing Athlete personal appearances (PA's) for audiences and hosts alike. Over the last few months, we have demonstrated the formats ability to deliver an extensive return on investment for event sponsors and hosts.

WHAT WE DO:

• We take over a small area of the event space to create an interactive photo staging area, through which we operate the interactive 'Medal Ceremony' format.
• Following your instructions, we create a celebrity led, fully branded stage that generates attention from your event audiences.
• Source athletes if required, (the format can simply be licensed to enhance existing planned Athlete personal appearances). 
• Provide a choice of event photography options for organisers both printed and on-line.
• We provide a unique and informal platform for the athletes to mix with event audiences.
• Assist you with any additional athlete requests such as informal Q and A's.

THE FORMAT IN ACTION:

• The patented format is a simple one, at each given event those attending are invited to participate in their own medal ceremony.
• PFTP staff will escort individuals or groups athlete style to the back of the podium, they then pop onto the Podium to receive their 'Proud to be supporting the Nation's Elite Athletes' souvenir by the attending athlete(s).
•  The Athlete joins them on the podium and poses for photographs which are printed on site and signed by the athlete, reminding audiences why they were there and more importantly deliver a tangible ROI on hosts investment as the photos are always proudly displayed in your guests offices and homes.
• These images are then placed into a post event on-line montage to encourage a call to action for your event audience to revisit your website etc…some recent examples can be viewed here:

• The whole experience can be fully branded to carry your messages, from the display boards providing the photo backdrop, to logos on the printed photos and medals themselves.
• It is the fully branded aspect to the experience that adds so much to the Athletes appearances at your Event.
• The medal ceremony, souvenir photographs and use of athletes affords your company the chance to produce enduring memories of your events, and, the support you are giving to participating athletes.
